6. Fees, Services & Cancellation Policy
All coaching and consulting services are provided on a fee basis as outlined on the website or agreed upon in writing. Payments must be made before the first scheduled session. Coaching and consulting sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Clients are responsible for notifying the provider at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may be billed to the client.

7. Purchases and Payments
All purchases for coaching, or consulting services, online courses, or e-books must be made through our website or designated third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Inc.).

• Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for digital products (e.g., courses, e-books) once delivered. Refunds for coaching and consulting services may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Access to Digital Products: Upon successful payment, access to purchased courses or e-books will be provided via email or within your account.

  We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without prior notice.
